Deborah Naylor- Business Entrepreneur, 25 years experience and expertise in creating and developing successful businesses including a chain of retail outlets. In parallel to this Deborah has demonstrated leadership and delivered training in areas such as public speaking, emotional health advocacy and interview skills. Deborah is an inspiration to others and this combined with her ability to think laterally and challenge, along with her diverse experience makes her an asset to the JD Training team and any potential clients. Julie Luckin – Academic Lecturer/Trainer - Julie’s degree and primary lecturing subjects were in English, Communication and Personal Development Skills. Her professional and research background lies mainly in designing and implementing training programmes to suit differing needs of groups and individuals. Julie has led, coordinated and managed teams, so can offer leadership and management experience in areas such as: team liaison, performance, target setting, recruitment and retention, discipline and appraisals. Julie is a self-confessed “people person”, whose enthusiasm is fuelled by motivating and inspiring positive communication, respect and individual growth. Graham Naylor – Retail Executive – Graham joins JD training having amassed a wealth of experience over many years working within the retail industry. Graham is an inspirational leader with strong business acumen and a proven history of success. The experience he has gained operating up to Board level for one of the UK’s largest food retailers and as Retail Director for Europe’s largest Health and Beauty chain, gives him transferable skills that can be of benefit to many businesses whether in an operational, training or development capacity.
