►Importance of Team Building Interactive discussion on what makes a successful team and the huge benefits of working together within a team. Recognise individual and collective strengths of your team. Respecting each others roles and talents. ►Self- expression through painting This fun activity will help you express your personality and explore your creative talents. Thinking about colour and design; the task is to individually paint a quality piece of pottery using exciting new painting techniques. ►Building on challenges Sharing good working practices and how through team support, deal with challenges. ►Team Challenge / Pottery painting activity Team to produce a collective design based on the vision and ethos which they feel best represents the company. The challenge is to convert this pictorial or graphical representation onto an Italian designer mug. ►Review & Closure Look at the individual and group achievements of the day. Give out an individual Action Plan (to be completed later) which is designed for individuals to look at strengths and weaknesses and list points for self-improvement in order to enhance company team performance.
